Classification Instructions for Automation
- If message mentions wedding → classify as Wedding Inquiry.
- If message mentions event, party, reunion → classify as Event Booking.
- If message mentions multiple rooms or group → classify as Group Booking.
- If message mentions business, corporate, government, contractor → classify as Business Travel.
- If message mentions 7+ nights, monthly, extended stay → classify as Extended Stay.
- If message asks about booking or availability only → classify as Room Booking Inquiry.
- If message is post-stay feedback → classify as Feedback.
- If unclear → classify as General Inquiry.
All auto-replies should:
- Be warm and professional.
