- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card that is valid for the date of the reservation.
- Credit Cards are processed on the arrival date.
- Advanced reservations may required a deposit for some predetermined dates.

Rate Information:
- All our rates are based on double occupancy and do not include 7% Maine State Tax or gratuity.
- Additional persons are $15.00 per night.
- Children under 12 stay free.
- Cot, Crib or Porta Cribs available for $10.00, please make your request at time of reservation.
- Your rate will be quoted at the time of booking and confirmed via email or standard mail.
- Discounts are available to active military personnel, individuals over 65 years of age.Documentation is required.
- No discounts during holidays [Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend] and special events including UMF, Mt. Blue graduation, Wilton Blueberry Festival Weekend]Wilton Blueberry Festival Weekend requires a two night minimum stay.
Early Arrivals
- Please make all special early arrival requests at the time you are booking your reservations.
Late Departures
- Past 11 am: Extend to 12pm departure as a courtesy based on availability
- Past 1 pm: 50% charge of the reservation rate up to a 2 pm departure
- Past 3 pm: Full reservation value charged to credit card on file up to 11 am departure the following morning
PAYMENTS
- Credit Cards Accepted – Visa, Master Card, Discover, American ExpressCash payment requires a Security Deposit Security deposits are equal to one night room rate paid in cash or using a valid credit card which will be pre-authorized for the security deposit.

POLICY INFORMATION
- Cancellations:
- Advanced reservations require 3 days up to 2 week notice prior to arrival date but it will vary dependent upon when the reservation was booked.
- Your cancellation requirement will be quoted to you at the time of reservation and will be confirmed via email or standard mail.
- There is no refund for early departure.
- The cancellation period for multiple room/multiple night reservations may differ; you will be notified at the time the reservation is booked.
- There is a $20.00 processing fee for cancellations when deemed appropriate by the management.
- Smoking Policy: Updated May 2011
- All guest rooms, studios and suites are non-smoking.
- A "Room Recovery" fee of $250.00 will be charged for non-compliance of this policy
- We regret no pets are allowed on the premises or in guest rooms.
- Please make all note of "Early Check In" requests at the time you are booking your reservations..
