Wilson Lake Inn Policies

Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits

  • All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card valid for the date of reservation.
  • Advanced deposits may be required for predetermined dates.

Rate Information

  • All our rates are based on double occupancy and do not include 8% Maine State Tax or gratuity.
  • Additional persons are $15.00 per night.
  • Children under 12 stay free up to [3] children.
  • Cot or crib available for $10.00, please make your request at time of reservation.
  • Your rate will be quoted at the time of booking and confirmed via email or standard mail.
  • Discounts are available to active military personnel, individuals over 65 years of age.
  • Documentation is required.
  • No discounts during holidays [Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend] and special events including UMF, Mt. Blue graduation, Wilton Blueberry Festival Weekend]
  • Wilton Blueberry Festival Weekend requires a two night minimum stay.

Checkin time: 3PM Checkout time 11AM

Early Check In and Late Check Out 

Early arrivals and late departures - If your arrival is early in the day and you would like
immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night. Similarly,
for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave
the Inn.

  • Early Check In requests must be made at time of booking.
    • 12Noon - Early Check In - based on availability 
  • Late Departures - Must be requested at Check In.
    • 12Noon - No charge as a courtesy.
    • 12PM - 3pm - There is a charge of 50% of the room rate based on availability.
    • After 3pm: Full room rate charge based on availability.

Payments

  • Credit Cards Accepted – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
  • Cash Payments require a Credit Card authorization for [1] night stay.
  • No Checks Accepted

Cancellations

  • All reservations will require advance notice for cancellation. Your cancellation requirement will be quoted to you at the time of reservation and will be confirmed via email or standard mail.
  • Processing Fee of $20 may be assessed for cancellations when deemed appropriate by the management.
  • No refund for early departures.

Smoking Policy:

  • All rooms are non-smoking.
    • A "Room Recovery" fee of $250.00 will be charged for non-compliance of this policy and guests will be required to leave immediately.

Pets:

  • No pets are allowed on the premises or in guest rooms.
