The Chickadee's Nest is local, family owned business that has been in business since 1997.  The business is run from our 1790 farmhouse in rural Maine.

Our all natural products include:

v      Hand made Soaps that contains no chemicals, fixatives, harmful additives or animal testing. We start with a natural vegetable base of Olive, Coconut, Palm and Cocoa Butter and add our own organic herbs and flowers.

v      Wreaths - grow all my own materials and I am an organic farmer. My wreaths have no pesticides, fixatives, or chemicals for your healthy home environment

v      Herb-filled items - Select from a nice selection of catnip toys, dream pillows, balsam-filled pillows, mug mats, and more.

Home for many area crafts people who are skilled at making fine furniture, pottery, quilts, and toys. Also, it is the factory outlet for W.A. Mitchel Fine Furniture.

Each month a different local artist will have their paintings on display and for sale. Open House Reception is held the first weekend of each month to welcome to incoming artist. Reception hours are Friday from 4 to 7 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 4 PM.
