• First Floor Standard Room Rates range $79.00 - $99.00
• First Floor Extended Stay Studio range $89.00 - $119.00
• Second Floor Standard Room Rate range $89.00 - $119.00
• Second Floor Extended Stay Studio range $99.00 - $129.00
• First Floor Two Bedroom Extended Stay Suite range $149.00 - $179.00
• Second Floor Two Bedroom Extended Stay Suite range $149.00 - $179.00
  

Additional Rate Information:

• All our rates are based on double occupancy and do not include 7% Maine State Tax or gratuity.
• Additional persons are $15.00 per night.
  
• Children under 12 stay free.
  
• Cot or crib available for $10.00, please make your request at time of reservation.
• Rates are subject to change at any time without notice. Your rate will be quoted at the time of booking and confirmed via email or standard mail.
• Rates vary with the seasons, holidays, some weekends, and special events.
• Weekly rates are offered during winter season only, and at the discretion of the management.
• Discounts are available to active military personnel, individuals over 65 years of age. Documentation is required.
  
• NO DISCOUNTS offered during holidays [Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend] and special events including UMF, Mt. Blue graduation, Wilton Blueberry Festival Weekend]
• Wilton Blueberry Festival Weekend requires a two night mimium stay.
  • Reservations for 2011 Blueberry Festival will be taken 11 months in advance beginning September 1, 2010.

• Credit Cards Accepted – Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express
• Cash Payment
  • Cash payment requires a Security Deposit in cash equal to one night room rate or a valid credit card which will be pre-authorized for the security deposit

POLICY INFORMATION

Cancellations:

• Advanced reservations require 3 days notice prior to arrival date but it will vary dependent upon when the reservation was booked.
  
• Your cancellation requirement will be quoted to you at the time of reservation and will be confirmed via email or standard mail.
• There is no refund for cutting short the reserved period or for premature checkouts.
• The cancellation period for multiple room/multiple night reservations may differ; you will be notified at the time the reservation is booked.
• There is a $20.00 processing fee for all cancellations when deemed appropriate by the management
  

NO Pets:

• Sorry as we have our own - we do not allow other pets on the premises or in any guest rooms.

Smoking Policy:  Updated May 2010

• All rooms, studios and suites are non-smoking
• A "Room Recovery" fee of $125.00  being charged for smoking in any standard room and the guest will be asked to leave.
  
• A "Suite Recovery" fee of $250.00 being charged for smoking in a suite and the guests will be asked to leave.
