Wilson Lake Inn Weddings  2010

Wilson Lake Inn is a wonderful choice for a unique and beautiful outdoor wedding in a setting with a breathtaking backdrop that includes one of Maine's prettiest lakes in the foothills of western Maine.  Exchange vows in the company of family and friends in this beautiful waterfront setting with groomed grounds, perennial gardens and gently a sloping path to Wilson Lake. Brides and grooms enjoy complimentary two nights stay.   We have wide variety of 30 guest units to accommodate weddings of up to 120 guests.  What a great advantage to you and your guests, ceremony and reception at one venue!

Package Pricing

The price for the rental of Wilson Lake Inn for your outdoor wedding includes guest accommodations for three days and two nights and will vary depending on time of year. May, June, September and October weddings $7,500. July and August weddings $8,500. The packages include full use of Wilson Lake Inn, grounds and facility, accommodations for two nights, tent rental, 12 x 16 dance floor, tables and chairs and complimentary guest accommodations for bride and groom.

 Maine state 7% sales tax and gratuities are not included.  These fees will be added to the cost of the per person package you choose.

Package pricing does not include catering, music, or photography.

Guest Rooms

We offer a variety of 30 guest units to include [5] Three room - two bedroom suites with full kitchens; [4] Studios with full kitchen; [21] double and single bed units.

There is something to suit every guest’s needs.

As each wedding guest books their reservation - 

their room charges are deducted from your total package rate.

Deposits

A $2000 non-refundable deposit is required when booking your wedding event. A refundable $500 damage deposit is required and payable at time of booking. The non-refundable deposit and payment will be applied to the total event package. All expenses are subject to Maine 7% lodging tax.  Final payment paid must be paid 14 days prior to your event. Deposit payment schedules may vary depending upon how far in advance you book your event.

All payments to be paid in cash or by check. 

Liquor

Wilson Lake Inn observes and must strictly enforce all Maine Liquor Statutes and Laws. A Maine State Liquor licensee must provide all the alcoholic beverages that will be consumed and or sold to you and your guests.  Liquor sold or served at the Inn may not be taken off the Inn’s premises.
